Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join Get Smart Medical Company in Riyadh on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will conduct in-depth psychological evaluations, deliver individual and group therapies, and design treatment plans grounded in scientific evidence customized to clients' specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret standardized psychological assessments accurately.
- Provide both individual and group therapeutic sessions addressing diverse mental health concerns.
- Maintain precise and thorough clinical records in compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated healthcare solutions.
- Offer psychoeducational support to clients and their families.
- Participate actively in case conferences and clinical supervision to enhance service quality.
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and regulations governing mental health practice.
Qualifications and Expertise
- Strong academic background in Psychology with focus on Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled in psychological testing procedures, including test selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation.
- Proven experience in mental health diagnosis, treatment formulation, and patient management.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior clinicians fostering professional growth.
- Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Valid or eligible professional licensure/registration as a Clinical Psychologist within the appropriate regulatory body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage effectively in culturally diverse, multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous professional development; previous work experience within Riyadh or similar clinical settings is advantageous.
