Clinical Educator

Role overview

Inizio Engage partners with a major biotechnology company across commercial, patient solutions, and medical affairs functions. In this role, you will provide educational support to healthcare professionals and office teams in primary care and specialist settings focused on a specific disease state. The position centers on delivering compliant, approved disease education aligned with program standards, leadership expectations, and client guidelines.

What you will do

• Deliver detailed clinical education on the disease state and related care pathways to healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and stakeholders through approved educational materials.
• Work strictly within legal, regulatory, compliance, and client-approved boundaries in every interaction and document.
• Coordinate closely with field colleagues while staying inside the client’s defined operating parameters.
• Complete all required Inizio and client training, including competency checks, within the required deadlines.
• Record office visits and other interactions accurately each day and submit mandatory reports.
• Log time and expenses using the assigned Inizio systems.
• Keep required registrations and/or licenses current in line with company expectations and applicable state law.
• Attend local and national meetings or conferences when requested to stay current and share best practices.
• Take care of client and company equipment and materials according to instructions.
• Follow company policies, code of conduct, and all relevant external industry regulations.
• Remain reachable during working hours to handle questions and carry out assigned duties.
• Hold a valid United States driver’s license at all times and promptly report any violations or accumulated points.
• Manage the assigned territory effectively and travel as needed, including overnight travel.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Clinical Educators do not provide nursing services, medical advice, treatment advice, or product promotion/marketing of pharmacological products.

Additional information

The role requires the ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays, and candidates must live within the assigned territory. Applicants should also be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and use standard office equipment.
