Job Overview

Join our team as a Clinical Assistant to support doctors in managing patient consultations and delivering hair and skin treatments. This role involves preparing treatment areas, maintaining medical records and photographs, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent patient experience in a professional clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with patients to understand their basic concerns and record relevant medical histories as directed.
• Assist doctors during hair and skin consultations and various aesthetic procedures including PRP, microneedling, chemical peels, laser therapies, and facials, adhering to training and safety protocols.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensure all materials are available before treatments, and uphold strict hygiene and sterilization standards.
• Capture standardized before-and-after treatment photographs and maintain organized documentation of patient records and treatment schedules.
• Manage patient follow-ups through calls or messages to remind about upcoming sessions and monitor post-treatment care compliance, escalating any adverse reactions or complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical spaces, monitor inventory of medical and skincare supplies, and coordinate with reception and clinic staff for smooth operations.
• Provide clear explanations on treatment preparation and aftercare, addressing patient queries professionally while promoting a comfortable and hygienic clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience

Preferred educational backgrounds include B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, ANM, BPT, Certified Clinical Assistant, or other relevant healthcare qualifications.

Previous experience in dermatology, hair transplant, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinics is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience range: 0 to 3 years; preference given to those with clinical experience.
