Role Overview

We seek an intelligent, assertive, and proactive Client Servicing Manager to join our Dubai office. The role centers on cultivating and expanding relationships with current clients and developing new partnerships throughout the UAE. The ideal candidate will confidently lead client interactions, grasp business needs, represent the agency professionally, and foster long-term connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients through regular, proactive communication and smooth service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, effectively understanding requirements and representing the agency’s interests.
• Convert client briefs into clear guidance for creative, strategy, design, and production teams.
• Spot opportunities to deepen and expand existing client engagements.
• Develop connections with new clients, brands, partners, and collaborators within the UAE.
• Initiate dialogue, schedule meetings, showcase Acumen’s credentials, and nurture prospective client relationships.
• Participate in relevant industry events, referrals, introductions, and business gatherings to build networks.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on proposals, pitches, and potential new business.
• Manage communications, follow-ups, scheduling, and client expectations independently.

Candidate Profile

• 4 to 5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, ideally within creative, advertising, branding, events, or communications environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident, articulate, professionally presentable, and comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Strong skills in networking and relationship development.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to take initiative.
• A robust sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to completion.
• Able to lead conversations independently while coordinating with agency teams.
• Experience working in the Dubai/UAE market is essential.
• Possesses an existing professional network in the UAE region.
• Demonstrated success with client presentations, pitches, and securing new business.
