Role Overview
The Client Servicing Manager is responsible for managing client interactions from initial enquiries through to post-service follow-up, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely bookings for photography sessions.
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to new customer enquiries received via WhatsApp and telephone.
- Engage in proactive communication with potential clients to present photography packages and clarify the booking process.
- Encourage and persuade clients to confirm their photoshoot appointments within the required timelines.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients before, during, and after their photoshoots.
- Keep clients informed about the progress and delivery timelines of services such as edited photographs and photobooks.
- Organize and manage client information systematically using Excel spreadsheets.
