Our mission is to deliver financial results for investors through a culture that balances autonomy with broad support. Team members enjoy opportunities to grow expertise and accelerate their development within a collaborative network dedicated to risk management and continuous learning.

Team Overview

The Capital Development & Investor Relations team engages a wide range of prospective and existing investors, fostering relationships through high-touch interaction throughout the limited partner lifecycle. In Asia, the team is expanding its regional coverage and collaborates closely with client services and capital development groups to enhance relationship management, market intelligence, and regional business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and prioritize inbound requests and opportunities from capital introduction teams, ensuring data accuracy and identifying priority investors for outreach.
  • Collect and analyze competitor and market intelligence, producing clear reports for internal teams; monitor capital introduction events, meetings, and market offerings.
  • Maintain organized data repositories including meeting notes, pipelines, and contact details; lead efforts to enhance workflow effectiveness and regional CRM data quality.
  • Assist investor outreach across Asia, prepare communications, follow-ups, and briefing materials for senior team members.
  • Address client services tasks such as managing subscription documents, transfers, and various investor-related requirements.
  • Coordinate and host operational due diligence calls to deliver a seamless and professional investor experience.
  • Participate in strategic projects like RFP coordination, competitor analysis, and other initiatives supporting the wider team objectives.
  • Develop and update country-specific business plans; provide in-office aid for colleagues visiting the region.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 2 to 3 years' experience in client services, investor relations, capital development, or related areas. Background in banking, asset management, or professional services with formal early-career training is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Show proactive and reliable behavior, with sound judgment to respond swiftly to team and investor demands.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to present information clearly to both internal staff and external investors.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive investor information.
  • Display advanced proficiency with Excel and effective data management capabilities.
  • Be comfortable balancing a blend of ad hoc inquiries, regular processes, and long-term projects.
  • Bring a robust work ethic, practical judgment, and an energetic approach suited to a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
