Client Services Account Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong focus on fostering and expanding client relationships across Loyalty, Gift Cards, and Payments in the MENA region. This individual will be the main liaison supporting long-term partnerships, ensuring superior service delivery, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the main point of contact for designated client accounts.
• Forge and sustain robust relationships with essential client stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive insights into clients' goals, priorities, and business requirements.
• Guarantee successful service execution and compliance with client agreements.
• Continuously monitor account health and gauge client satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Experience.
• Align client expectations with internal teams responsible for delivery.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics and service indicators for client accounts.
• Produce client reporting materials, presentations, and conduct business review sessions.
• Analyze feedback from clients to uncover areas for ongoing service enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or closely related discipline is required.
• Possess 5 to 8 years of professional experience in account management, client success, relationship management, customer experience, or comparable client-facing functions.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: AED 17,000 per month plus additional benefits and performance-based bonuses.
