Role Overview
We are seeking multiple full-time Client Service Officers to join our Gold Coast team, delivering exceptional client experiences within the wealth management industry. This role offers hybrid work flexibility post-training, clear pathways for career growth, and a culture that nurtures innovation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients via incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring a professional and positive interaction every time.
- Foster strong client relationships through managing onboarding and sending customized welcome messages.
- Address client and adviser inquiries promptly across phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Create clear and engaging client communications collaboratively with advisers and managers.
- Assist advisers and dealer groups with administrative support, acting as a reliable partner.
- Apply effective problem-solving and time management to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Take responsibility for service tasks as assigned and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in superannuation or managed funds, familiarity with insurance or banking products, and understanding of platform and wrap services is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in client service roles, preferably in a call center environment, with a genuine customer focus.
- Confidence in resolving enquiries and providing excellent telephone interactions.
- Strong collaborative skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with enthusiasm and dedication to quality service.
