Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of four years’ experience in client relationship management, account management, or IT staffing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry landscape.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record managing enterprise or major client accounts.
• Familiarity with IT recruitment and staffing processes is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience utilizing CRM platforms for client and account management.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and problem resolution.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or closely related disciplines is preferred.
