Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and goal-driven Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Tambaram. This role involves handling client leads, making calls, conducting follow-ups, and performing site visits to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and engage potential clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits to showcase properties and address client queries.
- Maintain strong communication with clients in Tamil (mandatory) and English.
- Work towards set sales targets and contribute to achieving company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years experience in a related role.
- Fluency in Tamil is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Salary and Location
Position located in Tambaram, offering a monthly salary in the range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 plus additional sales incentives.
