Client Relationship Associate

Role Overview

We are inviting enthusiastic and empathetic female professionals to join our team as Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to support the NGO's dedicated calling process. Serving as the face of the organization, you will engage with donors, supporters, and partners to further initiatives in child welfare and social transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to citizens and corporate professionals to raise awareness about Smile India Trust's social welfare campaigns.
• Clearly articulate the organization's core projects including Shelter, Nutrition, Education, and Medical Support to secure funding, sponsorships, and long-term donor partnerships.
• Develop and sustain positive and respectful relationships with current and prospective supporters.
• Ensure full transparency by maintaining detailed and accurate records of donor interactions, feedback, and database updates.
• Meet daily and weekly communication targets and corporate relationship objectives to align with team goals.

Required Skills and Eligibility

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities including active listening and clear articulation.
• Capacity to passionately convey social cause messaging with empathy and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and disciplined in a dynamic office setting.
