Role Summary

We seek a full-time Client Operations Executive based in Doha, Qatar, who will oversee everyday client interactions, manage account operations, and ensure on-time, aligned delivery with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts among internal teams to manage projects efficiently.
• Monitor the progress and performance of projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Track client requests and maintain open, clear communication between clients and The Plug’s creative and strategy teams.
• Support sales and consulting initiatives by identifying growth prospects, collecting client feedback, and contributing to proposal and presentation development.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and detailed attention to client experience quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Expertise in client relationship management and account consulting.
• Advanced communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Customer-oriented approach focused on satisfaction and service excellence.
• Experience in sales support and business development activities.
• Background in marketing or creative agencies, particularly in digital or brand strategy.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, onsite workplace in Doha.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong organizational aptitude with proficiency in productivity and CRM software tools.
• Preferred bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
