Role overview
In this position, you will focus on building and deepening customer relationships, spotting commercial growth opportunities, and helping position Siemens Energy as the go-to service partner through market insight and proactive client engagement. The role also involves coordinating sales efforts, reviewing risks and contracts, keeping forecasts up to date in CRM, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver prompt service solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Represent Siemens Energy as a preferred service provider across the Power Generation and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Act as the primary contact for clients by developing trusted relationships, uncovering opportunities, and improving customer experience.
- Build and nurture customer networks while collecting and communicating market intelligence across teams and business functions.
- Design and implement sales approaches that support target achievement and strengthen the customer journey.
- Handle contract evaluation, risk analysis, and negotiation planning to support successful deal closure.
- Manage the full sales cycle, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, assist with digital offerings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
What you need to bring
- Experience in sales related to rotating equipment service, especially steam turbines and generators, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is beneficial and German would be an added advantage.
- Good commercial judgment, along with strong planning, communication, and adaptability in a confident working style.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
- Hands-on experience dealing directly with customers and contributing to both external engagement and internal sales strategy.

The Gas Services business supports lower-emission power generation through services and decarbonization. Its offering covers gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators, along with modernization and digitalization solutions that help reduce emissions across the fleet.
