Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Client Advisor for our Burnside boutique to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help achieve store productivity goals. This role suits an individual passionate about luxury fashion and styling who thrives in enhancing client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and exemplify exceptional client service reflecting Scanlan Theodore's standards in appearance and conduct.
- Persistently achieve and exceed boutique and personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, grow a robust client database, and maintain lasting connections.
- Employ CRM systems effectively to nurture brand loyalty.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of our products, fabrics, and styling techniques to improve client experiences.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to foster a sales-driven and cooperative work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in client advisory or similar roles within luxury fashion retail.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing boutique and individual productivity goals.
- Skilled in using CRM tools to build and sustain brand loyalty.
- Team player capable of contributing to store targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to naturally establish rapport and develop client relationships.
- Passion for Australian designer brands and luxury fashion sector.
- Availability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday shifts.
