Client Advisor

Role Overview

As a Client Advisor, you will serve as a brand ambassador, handling various activities aimed at accomplishing sales targets. This includes showcasing product features to clients, helping enhance their buying skills to boost sales outcomes, and promoting a positive in-store environment.

Key Duties

• Greet every customer warmly, ensuring a superior client experience.
• Provide expert advice to customers across all brands and product lines.
• Guide clients to appropriate racks and counters, recommending suitable products.
• Keep customers updated about exclusive sales and upcoming merchandise that might interest them.
• Maintain stock quality by ensuring price tags are legible and items are well-organized and stored properly.
• Build enduring client relationships using various tools to foster brand loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the sales process and communicate these to management to encourage improvements.
• Work collaboratively as a team member, actively participating in all store initiatives aimed at achieving the store's goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma.
• Between one and two years of experience in sales, preferably within fashion, luxury retail, or departmental store settings.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
• Good organizational and quick learning abilities.
• Proactive approach with a focus on delivering results.
