Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture relationships with client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and efficiently resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Identify new opportunities for client growth and expansion.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports alongside regular client communications.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants should hold one of the following degrees: Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication in Advertising & Media Planning; Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) or Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) specializing in Operations, Management, or Marketing; Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Commerce, General, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Data Mining; or a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree focused on Marketing.
