Role Overview

The Cleaning Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah. The technician is tasked with executing various cleaning assignments, including thorough cleaning of homes and offices, furniture and carpet care, and post-construction site cleaning. Daily responsibilities include following standard cleaning and safety protocols, utilizing company-supplied tools and eco-conscious detergents, and maintaining high hygiene standards in client locations.

The technician also supports tasks like preliminary HVAC, air duct, and water tank cleaning, working closely with supervisors and colleagues to complete assignments efficiently. The position demands punctuality, adherence to quality benchmarks, and professional interactions with clients and team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of cleaning methods, including deep sanitation and correct usage of cleaning agents and tools.
• Skilled in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and pressure washers with basic maintenance capabilities.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety protocols, including the appropriate use of personal protective gear and safe material handling.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to follow instructions, report issues, and work as part of a team.
• Dependability, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to providing customer-centric service.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning or facilities management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Physical fitness to handle tasks involving lifting, equipment mobility, standing for long durations, and working under varying conditions.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as needed based on client requirements.
• Basic literacy and numeracy sufficient to comprehend job orders, safety procedures, and fill out reports.
