Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing cleaning operations within catering companies, central kitchens, hotels, or similar food-service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning staff to ensure adherence to established cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and prepare basic operational reports.
• Ensure safe handling and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Effectively coordinate team activities, even under high-pressure situations and in managing large groups.

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the food-service industry including catering, central kitchens, hotels, or similar sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising cleaning teams.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemical products, equipment, and their safe usage.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety standards applicable to cleaning operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed by catering services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

This position requires flexibility to work outside regular hours to support continuous catering operations.
