Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role involves executing daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing various surfaces in residential and commercial settings. You will maintain floors, windows, carpets, and restrooms according to company standards and schedules, operate cleaning tools and chemicals safely, and promptly report maintenance concerns.

Adhering to health and safety regulations and consistently presenting client spaces at a high standard are critical. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in home and house cleaning with high hygiene standards in residential areas.
• Experienced in commercial cleaning for offices and similar premises.
• Skilled in window cleaning to achieve streak-free, clear glass surfaces.
• Ability to clean and maintain carpeted spaces with suitable tools and techniques.
• Fundamental understanding of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, standing for long periods, and lifting moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to follow instructions and schedules.
• Previous experience in professional cleaning is preferred; motivated entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Tagalog is a plus.
