Role Overview

The Cleaning Specialist position requires a full-time, on-site professional based in Dubai. The main responsibility is to uphold exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout patient rooms, clinical zones, administrative offices, and communal areas.

Primary Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage waste collection and proper disposal procedures.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene stock as necessary.
• Strictly adhere to infection control protocols and utilize cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Collaborate effectively with both clinical and administrative personnel.
• Address urgent cleaning requirements promptly to maintain presentability in patient-facing areas.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns encountered during duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning within hospitals, clinics, or similar large-scale facilities.
• Hands-on skills in detailed home and house cleaning approaches.
• Competency in safely cleaning windows, including glass surfaces and frames.
• Knowledge of carpet maintenance involving vacuuming, stain treatment, and periodic deep cleaning.
• Understanding sanitation standards, infection control practices, and correct chemical handling.
• Capability to follow structured instructions and work independently according to schedules.
• Physical fitness suitable for standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive cleaning activities during shifts.
• Basic proficiency in English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality sectors is preferred.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends or shifts as necessary.
• Availability to join the workforce urgently.
