Overview
Join The Regenda Group as a full-time Cleaning Operative based in St Helens, working across Merseyside. This permanent position offers an annual salary of £27,277 (full-time equivalent) and involves field-based cleaning duties on various Regenda properties and sites throughout the North West. The role suits individuals looking to develop or enhance their cleaning skills while working closely within supportive small teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and follow the cleaning schedule diligently.
- Clean gutters and bins regularly as part of job duties.
- Respond promptly to any customer or client requests.
- Manage ordering and stock upkeep efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with office staff, colleagues, managers, and customers.
- Participate actively in Health and Safety training and related informational sessions.
- Contribute towards Regenda’s goal of becoming the ‘contractor of choice’ by delivering excellent service and working cooperatively with partners.
- Ensure adherence to the Group’s Health and Safety policies at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
- Prior experience in providing cleaning services that meet client specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with office teams and management effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant health and safety protocols.
- A methodical approach to prioritising workload to meet deadlines and targets.
- Reliable team player who can work collaboratively within a team environment.
