Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent Cleaning Operative based in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland. The role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards across assigned sites as guided by management, utilizing cleaning equipment correctly, and fostering positive client relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing any client queries or complaints promptly and performing other reasonable duties as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain high cleanliness levels according to management directions.
- Operate and care for cleaning machinery and tools responsibly.
- Build and sustain good rapport with clients present at contract locations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any client questions or complaints.
- Carry out additional reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, capable of manual cleaning tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with others.
- Proficiency in English, both reading and speaking.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Dependable and reliable work ethic.
