Position Summary
We are looking for dependable and meticulous Cleaners to help our clients maintain clean, safe, and inviting home environments. The Cleaner role is vital in supporting the health and comfort of our clients by ensuring their living spaces remain hygienic, orderly, and comfortable. This role suits individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy positively impacting daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of household cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly.
- Handle laundry and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe setting for the clients.
- Adhere strictly to cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Respect client privacy and uphold professionalism consistently.
- Communicate any observations or concerns promptly to the office team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy nature required.
- Able to work independently within clients’ homes.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Must have legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred for travel within Sarnia-Lambton and nearby areas.
- Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to do so.
