Job description
About the Role
As a Cleaner at Rhythm apartments in Orleans, Ontario, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of tenants by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will positively impact residents' daily experiences, creating spaces that feel cared for and inviting.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular cleaning and upkeep of entrances and hallways to maintain a pleasant environment.
- Thorough month-end cleaning including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards.
- Participate in pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide accurate cleaning cost estimates.
- Complete minor repairs, such as painting touch-ups and changing light bulbs.
- Contribute to maintaining the exterior condition of the property.
- Perform any other cleaning or maintenance duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with a variety of cleaning products and their appropriate uses.
- Basic computer proficiency to support job-related tasks.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations if needed.
- Willingness and ability to work during late hours and weekends when required.
