Role Overview

This part-time cleaning position is located onsite in England, primarily serving residential areas in Birmingham and the West Midlands. The Cleaner is entrusted with executing a variety of household cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping surfaces, tidying rooms, and emptying bins. Adherence to cleaning checklists, respectful handling of clients' property and privacy, and timely reporting of any concerns to supervisors are essential. The role requires reliability in attending scheduled appointments and traveling locally within the service area.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Competence in general residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to consistent cleaning quality.
• Effective time management and dependable attendance for scheduled appointments.
• Ability to work autonomously in clients' homes while maintaining professional and respectful behavior.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety, especially regarding the safe handling of cleaning products.
• Good communication abilities to interact with clients and fellow team members.
• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within Birmingham and surrounding West Midlands areas as necessary.
