Cleaner

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Cleaner to become a vital part of our cleaning and facilities teams supporting Defence operations. This position is contracted for 35 hours per week with variable shift patterns to ensure all client and customer environments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the cleaning and facilities teams to maintain safe and hygienic spaces for clients and customers.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming of assigned areas to a superior quality.
• Regularly sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and high-touch points.
• Quickly and effectively manage additional cleaning tasks like handling spillages.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Monitor, replenish, and manage cleaning supplies inventory.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Enjoys practical, hands-on work in a cleaning capacity.
• Prior experience in a similar cleaning position is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrates flexibility regarding working hours and shift patterns.
