Role Overview
We seek enthusiastic and dependable cleaners to join our Burswood team. This opportunity suits individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, possess meticulous attention to detail, and take pride in ensuring spaces are clean and inviting for our clients and customers.
We offer multiple full-time and part-time positions with shifts on weekdays and weekends. All roles are compensated according to award wages.
Work Schedule
The roster runs Monday to Friday from midnight (00:00) to 07:36 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality general cleaning services.
- Perform spot cleaning of furniture.
- Sweep and mop floors effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness in toilet facilities.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean glass surfaces, both inside and outside.
- Dust all hard surface areas thoroughly.
Candidate Profile
- Previous cleaning experience in commercial environments is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Capability to follow directions and operate independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Good knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including public holidays as needed.
- Experience operating floor care equipment, such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers, is beneficial.
