Class 4 Driver

About the Role

Located in Hautapu, we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our high-achieving team responsible for transporting insulated glass units across the North Island. Ideal candidates will have a strong enthusiasm for trucks and the transport industry and are committed to delivering products in pristine condition.

Key Responsibilities

This position includes preparing vehicles, poling, as well as loading and unloading loose glass and trolleys, necessitating a reasonable level of physical fitness.

Drivers serve as the public face of our company, operating a specialized, modern fleet designed to transport glass products to clients and manufacturers nationwide.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Possession of a full, clean Class 4 driver's license
• Valid “F” endorsement accompanied by relevant experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and care in handling fragile products during loading and unloading
• Willingness and capability to safely load and unload trucks
• Commitment to flawless safety practices
• Prior experience operating curtain side and flat deck vehicles
