Job Overview

We are seeking a competent Class 2 Driver based in Christchurch to ensure safe and efficient delivery of gas bottles to customer locations. The role requires adherence to safety regulations, performance of compliance stock takes, and excellent customer service.

Key Duties

• Responsible for securely transporting gas cylinders to clients' sites.
• Perform precise inventory counts and compliance inspections.
• Deliver courteous and professional interactions with customers at all times.
• Operate tanker and bottle trucks as part of daily tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 2 New Zealand driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least two years’ experience operating Class 2 or higher category vehicles within New Zealand.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage schedules effectively.
• Physically capable to handle the physical nature of the job demands.
• Dependability with own transport and punctual attendance.
• Possession of forklift certification and Dangerous Goods endorsement is beneficial; training will be available if needed.
