Position Details

Key Responsibilities

As a Claims Handler, you will oversee claims from initial notification through to settlement, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service while meeting organizational standards and timelines. Working collaboratively within a supportive team, you will manage a portfolio of claims by analyzing data, advising on policy coverage, and driving cases toward fair resolution. You will maintain direct communication with customers, insurer representatives, and stakeholders, handling every interaction with empathy and professionalism.
