Overview

Navsheen Associates urgently seeks a Civil Site Supervisor/Engineer to oversee building construction projects at the site located in Imphal, Manipur. Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess thorough knowledge in civil engineering and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to detect and prevent safety hazards.
• Manage and direct construction teams and subcontractors effectively on site.
• Address site accidents promptly following established safety protocols.
• Keep precise records of employee attendance during construction activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of a post-secondary construction training program is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience in a site supervisor role within the construction industry.
• Certification in CPR and first aid mandatory.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations relevant to construction.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
