Civil Site Engineer

Overview

Ascend Exteriors is seeking a Civil Site Engineer or Site Supervisor to join their team in Coimbatore, specializing in façade, interior, and exterior projects. Candidates with +2 education, diploma, or any graduate qualification can apply, with preference given to those holding a civil or mechanical diploma or degree. Freshers are welcome, though experienced candidates will have an advantage. Applicants must be ready to work onsite at project locations and handle tasks related to ACP, HPL, and WPC cladding, structural glazing, aluminum and glass installations, signage, and other external construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site labor and workflows to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Accurately measure site parameters and dimensions as part of project management.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials relevant to façade and exterior works.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards and safety protocols at the work site.
• Maintain daily reports to track progress and timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work aligning with project schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualification of +2, diploma, or graduation; preference for civil/mechanical diplomas or degrees.
• Willingness to be stationed at project sites and travel as necessary.
• Open to candidates across India prepared to relocate to Coimbatore.
• Fresh graduates may apply, but prior site supervision or engineering experience is advantageous.
• Ability to manage façade elements including ACP, HPL, WPC cladding, structural glazing, and metal/glass works.

Additional Information

This position focuses solely on site supervision and engineering roles and excludes marketing responsibilities. The company expects the candidate to be capable of hands-on involvement at project locations.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges between INR 18,000 and INR 22,000.
