Role Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee complete civil construction projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget limits.
• Supervise daily site operations, monitor progress, assess labor efficiency, and evaluate contractor performance.
• Facilitate collaboration among site engineers, architects, structural consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings along with construction plans.
• Oversee key construction activities including RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
• Guarantee adherence to construction quality, material standards, and compliance with approved project designs.
• Develop and track project schedules, produce daily progress and weekly status reports, and prepare project completion plans.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, manage resource distribution, manpower planning, and inventory control.
• Oversee project financials including cost monitoring, bill of quantities, quantity estimation, billing, and budget management.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, facilitate snag rectification, inspections, and manage final project handover.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Applicants currently engaged as Civil Project Managers, Senior Civil Engineers, Construction Project Engineers, or Civil Site Engineers with experience in project coordination and site execution are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with practical knowledge in residential buildings, villas, bungalows, turnkey construction projects, and comprehensive project management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of INR 35,000 to 40,000 per month, based on the candidate’s expertise and experience.
