Job Summary
Vision Educational & Charitable Trust, part of Vision Group of Institutions located in Kanpur, is seeking a knowledgeable Civil Engineering Lecturer. The institution offers a broad spectrum of educational programs, including engineering education at higher learning levels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and conduct practical sessions covering topics such as RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete), Surveying, Geotechnical Engineering, and Estimation techniques.
- Develop and prepare laboratory manuals to facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
- Organize and supervise site visits to enhance students' practical understanding.
- Mentor students in their project work and research paper development.
- Contribute to institutional accreditation processes related to NAAC and AICTE compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering software such as CAD and STAAD Pro or equivalent applications.
- Strong grasp of both theoretical concepts and practical field knowledge in civil engineering.
- Effective communication capabilities coupled with skills in student evaluation and assessment.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) specializing in Civil Engineering.
Compensation
The offered salary range for this position is INR 150,000 to INR 350,000 per annum.
