Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end design services including preliminary and detailed civil works design such as roads, alignments, drainage, sewerage, and utilities for infrastructure and building projects.
• Create, consolidate, and critically review technical reports related to infrastructure projects and studies.
• Develop detailed design reports and present findings to clients effectively.
• Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve challenges during design and construction phases.
• Ensure designs strictly adhere to Project Design Criteria, Client Briefs, approved concepts, design standards, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in civil works design encompassing roads, alignments, drainage, sewerage, and utilities. Experience in structural or geotechnical design is an advantage.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of civil engineering regulations, standards, and design codes such as Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements from authorities like LTA, BCA, PUB.
• Proficient with technical software tools including AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• Exhibit excellent technical writing and presentation abilities.
• Be an energetic, self-motivated, dependable team player with strong communication and project coordination skills.
