About the Opportunity
Join a well-established Irish engineering consultancy based in Limerick, renowned for delivering quality service across a diverse portfolio including Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, and Healthcare projects. - Large Commercial office development with 15 residential units and retail area in Dublin (€46.7M)
- Office complex located in Dublin City Centre (€44M)
- Housing project in Saudi Arabia (€13M)
- Substantial shopping complex development in Saudi Arabia (€25M)
- Large scale hospital projects around Dublin ranging from €25M to over €120M
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and design civil infrastructure for a variety of projects domestically and internationally encompassing Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
- Report directly to the Civil Teams Lead, collaborating closely with the engineering team.
- Prepare comprehensive planning, tender, and construction documentation compliant with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree at Level 8 or 9 in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience of 5 to 7+ years within a consultancy firm specializing in civil design.
- Ability to function effectively within multidisciplinary teams and deliver accurate outputs under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency or desirable experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Windes/Microdrainage tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 compliance in project execution.
- Strong technical expertise paired with effective communication skills.
