Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a competent Civil Engineer to join our team in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The candidate should have at least one year of practical experience in civil engineering projects, capable of overseeing site operations, maintaining quality controls, and liaising effectively with project stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise construction activities on-site ensuring compliance with project plans.
• Verify that work matches approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth progress.
• Prepare detailed project reports, cost estimates, and status updates.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety protocols at the construction site.
• Inspect incoming materials to confirm adherence to project criteria.
• Address and resolve any technical challenges arising during construction execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in civil engineering or related construction projects.
• Familiar with AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office, and basic project management principles.
• Strong communication abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
