We are seeking a Cinema Theater Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cinema theater. The role demands efficient management of staff and resources to ensure smooth functioning and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash collections and ensure profitability.
• Supervise café staff and coordinate their activities.
• Organize film reels and coordinate with distributors.
• Maintain security protocols within the theater premises.
• Oversee housekeeping to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with government licensing requirements.
• Monitor utility usage including electricity, water, and air conditioning.
• Prepare and manage shift duty rosters for staff scheduling.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Coordinate with fire department and manage lift operations safety.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage cash and digital payment transactions like Paytm.
• Oversee daily theater operations and promptly resolve any issues.
• Recruit, onboard, and work collaboratively with the theater team.
• Conduct daily meetings with all staff members to ensure alignment.
• Focus on cost efficiency and resource optimization.
• Manage projection equipment and related operations.
