Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position involves handling the entire chocolate-making process. Key duties include preparing, tempering, molding chocolates, and creating diverse fillings and garnishes. The chocolatier will develop novel products aligned with company quality standards. Daily work entails precise measurement and mixing of ingredients, overseeing production lines, decorating finished chocolates, and maintaining stringent hygiene and safety protocols.

The role requires coordination with production and packaging teams, effective workstation management, and accurate documentation of recipes and batch records. Emphasis is placed on continuous improvement of sensory qualities and ensuring timely completion of production schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient culinary skills centered on chocolate crafting, ingredient handling, and flavor harmonizing.
• Familiarity with baking and pastry techniques supporting a variety of chocolate-based products.
• Experience in confectionery or bakery production, including dough and sugar-based item handling.
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and safe use of production equipment.
• Ability to accurately follow and enhance recipes while ensuring product consistency.
• Prior work as a chocolatier, pastry chef, or similar capacity is advantageous.
• Physical stamina to stand extensively and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication abilities, and compliance with production directives and schedules.
