Chinese Chef

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in preparing various Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes including wok frying, noodles, fried rice, starters, main courses, and authentic Chinese sauces.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese cuisine ensuring taste and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain consistent food quality and flavor in all batches.
• Adhere to kitchen hygiene and safety regulations consistently.
• Manage portion sizes to control food costs effectively.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proficiency in Chinese and Indo-Chinese culinary techniques.
• Skilled in wok cooking and preparing noodles, fried rice, and starters.
• Ability to prepare authentic Chinese sauces.
