Position Overview

Sunrise Enterprises is looking to hire an experienced Chinese Chef based in Delhi-NCR, India. The role requires a demonstrated background in culinary skills specific to popular Chinese dishes and the ability to manage kitchen operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional Chinese cuisine including Chowmein, Chilly Potato, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Momos, and other related dishes.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines and quality standards.
• Organize kitchen activities and streamline operations for improved productivity.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output.
• Exhibit leadership skills to oversee kitchen staff and maintain discipline.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working as a chef or cook in a similar capacity.
• Familiarity with preparation techniques for Chinese cuisine.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to multitask and lead kitchen teams effectively.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹27,000.
