Job description
About the Role
We seek a compassionate, patient, and reliable Learning Support Mentor to assist a 10-year-old CBSE Class 5 student. This role demands enhancing the child's focus and academic skills in alignment with the CBSE curriculum to foster confidence and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Help improve the child's ability to concentrate and maintain focus.
- Enhance reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Provide targeted academic assistance consistent with CBSE syllabus requirements.
- Encourage the development of confidence and positive learning habits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related fields.
- Preferably minimum of 2 years working experience with children aged between 8 and 12 years, focusing on learning support and academic skill development.
Additional Details
The position is located conveniently near Yelachenahalli Metro Station in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting after 4:00 PM.
Remuneration
The monthly salary offered ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 30,000.
