Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management of personnel operations including payroll, documentation, recruitment, onboarding, training, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Gather weekly progress updates from department heads in Inventory, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Supervise the handling of daily communications, logistics standard operating procedures, and prepare end-of-day status reports for the Founder highlighting progress and critical issues.
