Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) with an extensive foundation in Electrical Engineering to spearhead the organization's operational functions and facilitate its strategic expansion.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field is advantageous.
• Accumulate more than 12 years of professional experience, including substantial senior management roles.
• Demonstrate prior success in roles such as COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or comparable executive positions.
• Exhibit a robust background in operational oversight, technical management, and strategic planning.
• Display exceptional leadership, decision-making prowess, and strong communication skills.
• Capability to enhance operational efficiency, improve performance, and foster business development.
