Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to take charge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), costing, and order book management within our organization. The successful candidate will bring expertise in financial oversight, manufacturing accounting, budgeting, and strategic financial guidance to support company growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting efforts.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses to track trends, assess variances, and evaluate KPIs.
• Offer strategic recommendations to upper management related to cost reduction and operational efficiency enhancements.
• Contribute to the formulation of long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to management and stakeholders.
• Guarantee that all financial documentation complies with regulatory and industry standards.
• Prepare statutory financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate both internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
• Oversee cash flow monitoring, working capital, and liquidity management for optimal operational performance.
• Establish and implement cash flow optimization strategies, managing daily financial activities efficiently.
• Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure prompt collections and payments.
• Analyze cost components such as raw materials, labor, and overhead to enhance cost control and profit margins.
• Partner with production teams to evaluate product profitability and recommend pricing strategies.
• Identify financial risks like commodity price and currency fluctuations, developing mitigation tactics.
• Implement robust financial controls to protect company assets.
• Demonstrate readiness to manage financial uncertainties.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to boost their skills, productivity, and overall performance.
• Encourage cooperative interaction between the finance function and other departments including Operations, Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost and Management Accountant).
• Experience totaling 9 to 12+ years in finance roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
