Position Overview
We are searching for a Chief Executive Officer who is commercially savvy, humble, and guided by strong values. The ideal candidate will grasp the discipline, relationship building, and long-term care required to thrive in the global fine wine market. Reporting directly to the Chairman and backed by a seasoned leadership team, the CEO will steer strategic and commercial aspects of the company. They will manage sales, marketing, and global distribution partnerships, providing expertise in the fine wine commercial landscape, especially in export sales and premium market development.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Senior leadership expertise in the wine sector with focus on sales, marketing, brand development, and commercial implementation.
- Deep knowledge of the global fine wine scene and established experience in premium distribution channels.
- Essential experience in exporting wine; experience in the US market is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership capabilities, fostering high standards, team growth, and a motivating work environment.
