Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Chef based in Accra responsible for preparing and cooking meals following precise recipes, upholding consistent quality and presentation. This role entails leading kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, planning menus, managing inventories, and cooperating with the team to guarantee a superior dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient culinary capability in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Experience managing kitchen teams, including supervision and staff training
• Deep knowledge of Ghanaian cuisine along with international culinary styles
• Competence in menu design and stock control
• Excellent skills in organization and time management
• Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic kitchen environment with shifting demands
• Formal culinary education or relevant certificates considered advantageous
