As a Chef De Rang, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable dining experiences in line with the LPM’s high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently follow LPM's service protocols and standards, including communicating the LPM concept to all guests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all LPM food and beverage offerings to effectively meet guest inquiries and requests.
• Recommend signature menu items and ensure tables are kept clean and well-presented.
• Engage guests with warm, personalized service to enhance their dining experience while upholding LPM quality standards.
• Address guest complaints courteously and professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or the food and beverage sector.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a role similar to Chef De Rang.
• Capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
