Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Head Chef, the Chef De Partie will oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain departmental and hotel standards, ensuring guests consistently receive high-quality culinary service. This is a permanent position requiring a 39-hour work week. Strict adherence to health and safety regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Team to ensure smooth food service across all dining outlets with a focus on delivering an outstanding gastro menu.
• Maintain exceptional food quality to exceed guest expectations on every dish.
• Manage stock effectively to support kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness and food safety standards, including HACCP management.
• Provide assistance in various kitchen areas as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is required.
• Experience working within a large kitchen team is essential.
• Multi-outlet kitchen experience is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as HACCP are mandatory.
• Demonstrated creativity, flair, and skill in culinary preparation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
