Job Overview
We seek a passionate Chef de Partie who values quality ingredients and enjoys working as part of a dynamic kitchen team in a high-end hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to ensure smooth and consistent food production during all meal services.
- Lead your designated kitchen section confidently, ensuring every dish is prepared precisely according to recipes and meets high culinary standards.
- Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in all food preparation, storage, and handling tasks.
- Manage daily inventory needs in coordination with the Executive Chef to maintain fresh and sufficient ingredient supply.
- Apply classical cooking techniques using premium local ingredients to craft substantial, flavorful dishes that reflect the unique region.
- Assist in enhancing kitchen efficiency by managing preparation time effectively, minimizing food waste, and supporting cost control measures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in busy, high-volume hotel kitchens; prior 5-star hotel experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Flexible and dependable availability for shifts including weekends to support a bustling service team.
- Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for professional growth and contribution to a high-performing culinary group.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, attention to detail, and appealing food presentation.
